About these terms
These terms govern the use of this website and the building cleaning services supplied by Wadi Askar for Building Cleaning Services ("Wadi Askar", "we", "us"), based at Insurance Building, 2nd Floor, Al Rigga, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By making an enquiry or accepting a quote you agree to these terms. If a written quote or contract signed by both parties says something different, the signed document applies.
Our services
We provide interior and outdoor cleaning of residential buildings, government premises and professional premises, as described on the Services page. We hold a trade licence from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED) for this activity and we do not provide services outside it.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. After an enquiry we may survey the site and will then send a written quote describing the scope, the schedule and the fees.
A quote is valid for the period stated on it. A contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing, including by email or message, and we confirm the schedule.
Scheduling and access
You agree to give our team safe access to the areas to be cleaned at the agreed times, including any permits, passes or building management approvals the site requires.
If our team cannot start or finish because access is not available, we may need to reschedule the visit and the cost of the delay may be added to the quote.
Your responsibilities
Tell us about hazards, restricted areas, fragile surfaces and any site rules before work starts.
Make sure utilities such as water and electricity are available where needed.
Remove or secure valuables and sensitive documents from the areas to be cleaned.
Tell us promptly if you have a concern about the work.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit. The notice period and any charge for late cancellation will be stated in your quote.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the written quote. We do not publish fees on this website because they depend on the building and the scope. Invoices are payable on the terms stated in the quote or invoice.
Service standards and complaints
Our teams are trained and use safe cleaning materials suited to the surfaces concerned. If you are not satisfied with a visit, tell us within a reasonable time, ideally within 48 hours, so that we can inspect the area and put it right where the issue is ours.
Liability
We take reasonable care when carrying out our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, by inaccurate information given to us, or by pre-existing damage or defects in the property.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in it. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the parties agree another forum in writing.
